				We tried for February, then September, but it's been a tough time
				in the economy out here for people to commit three days plus the
				tuition fee, and we are not able to subsidize it with scholarships.

Sorry we have to cancel bringing internationally-recognized human development expert and creator of the ChangeWorks System, T. Falcon Napier, back to the East Bay in September for a special three-day Practitioner Training Class.  He was last here in October to speak to the East Bay Coaches Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Mt.
