We're delighted to be bringing internationally-recognized human development expert and creator of the ChangeWorks System, T. Falcon Napier, back to the East Bay in February for a special three-day Practitioner Training Class.  He was last here in October to speak to the East Bay Coaches Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Mt. Diablo Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), the Marin Human Resources Forum, the Bay Area Organizational Development Network, and then we held the training class with over 25 human development professionals.  This is a follow up to three prior trainings held in October '08, June '09, and October '09.
Mr. Napier is an internationally-recognized human development expert, specializing in sales, leadership and change management. He is the creator of the MasterStream Method — an ethics-oriented, non-manipulative approach for influencing others — and is best known for applying MasterStream to the sales and management fields. He has presented MasterStream programs in every state in the nation, every province of Canada, 22 countries around the globe and on 5 of the 7 seas.  His client list includes over 300 companies representing virtually every industry, including: Sony, Bosch, Detroit Edison, IBM, General Motors, State Farm, BellSouth and over 250 programs for American Express alone.
In addition, Mr. Napier has built and supports a network of independent and corporate-based professional trainers and coaches who are certified to use his proprietary ChangeWorks System in their work.
ChangeWorks is the world's only client-driven, activity-specific coaching and  management tool. Picking up where traditional psychometric instruments leave off, ChangeWorks answers a critical development question - "How ready is the client, employee, or team to do the actual work that needs to be done ... without any outside support or guidance?".  It then points to efficient and appropriate steps to bring more balance to the challenges faced and the abilities needed to get the job done.
ChangeWorks! has broad application in business settings.  For consultants and coaches, it then serves as the foundation on which the professional relationship is based.  For managers, executives and business owners, it serves as the foundation on which the employee-managerial relationship is based.  For training professionals, it serves as the foundation on which the ongoing training and assessment relationship is based.
The training will be held at the Networking Lounge in Pleasant Hill, about 2 miles north of the Pleasant Hill BART Station, Monday through Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sept. 23-25, 2010.
